At Tiryaki Anadolu Holding, we embrace sustainability not only as a business approach but as the essence of everything we do. In line with the vision of Tiryaki Agro Group, which brings together our operations in Türkiye under one roof, we are building an efficient, environmentally friendly, and long-term value creation process that benefits both people and nature.
We design our strategic decisions and operational processes in accordance with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. These principles are not simply an integral part of our business—they form the very core of our operations. From certified seed production to agricultural cultivation, sourcing, logistics, and distribution, all our activities are based on an integrated business model designed in harmony with nature and humanity.
We carry out agricultural production across Türkiye in line with sustainability principles and process high-quality agricultural products sourced from more than 25 countries at 15 facilities located in six different regions, following a strict “zero waste” approach. Through our integrated road and sea logistics infrastructure, we deliver our products to both domestic and international customers using environmentally conscious methods.
In line with our 2030 Vision, we are focusing on agriculture-based energy projects, regenerative agriculture practices, and R&D-driven new product development. These initiatives support sectoral innovation while reducing our environmental impact. Guided by our responsibility to use natural resources efficiently and leave a livable world for future generations, we are developing new business models built on sustainability, confident that this approach creates long-term value both environmentally and economically.

Environmental Sustainability
We are sensitive to the environment at every link of the value chain. We prioritize energy efficiency, water conservation, renewable energy use, and carbon footprint reduction throughout our operations.
As one of Türkiye's largest private sector farmers, we adopt production models that preserve ecosystem balance and promote biodiversity. Our environmental management system is built on international standards. We rigorously implement ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 50001 Energy Management System standards, reducing our environmental footprint and improving energy efficiency.
Bioeconomy
By processing raw materials from biological resources in the energy, chemical, and agricultural sectors, we develop products that serve as alternatives to fossil resources and contribute to the green transformation. We focus particularly on energy production from biomass and the development of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF).
We continue R&D efforts on plant-based ingredients and the conversion of waste oils into fuel. Recognizing the strategic value of SAF for environmental and economic sustainability, we have set a major investment target in this area. We have signed a cooperation agreement with one of Türkiye's leading refinery companies and begun supplying raw materials for trial production. Once the investment is completed, we aim to secure long-term raw material supply for our energy sector partner.
Productivity Improvement
We focus on using our resources in the most efficient way, investing in advanced technologies, energy-saving systems, and expert teams across the supply chain.
In agriculture, we improve farmer productivity and food safety by developing certified seed varieties adapted to local conditions. Through R&D partnerships, we provide innovative solutions such as drought-resistant wheat and herbicide-tolerant lentils. At Muş Alparslan Agriculture Enterprise, we implement digital agriculture practices including smart irrigation systems, sensors, and drone-assisted applications.
In the industrial field, we digitalize operations through our Private Cloud Transformation Project, increasing efficiency with cloud technologies and artificial intelligence.
Through our retail brand Hasata, we enhance consumer experience and environmental awareness with innovative packaging solutions. We apply the zero-waste principle across production, repurpose food residues for feed production, and recycle all waste back into the economy.
We also develop new solutions for feed additives to increase nutritional value in Türkiye and across Middle Eastern markets.
Social Impact
We approach sustainability with a people-centered perspective, creating a broad sphere of influence extending from employees to farmers, from young talents to society at large. We strengthen our human resources policies based on equality, diversity, and inclusion through training and development programs.
By prioritizing occupational health and safety, we foster internal solidarity while supporting projects that contribute to social development.
